Human is probably the worst meat you could consume. We have worse eating habits than vultures. I'd eat roadkill before chowing down on a person. If we were trapped on a raft in the ocean, though....

Here in PA bath salts have been a big problem for the past 2 years. This story is mega bizzare but I have heard and seen weirder things. PA banned them from being sold in stores but now they just relabel them as Jewelry cleaners and such.

My wife clipped a guy on bath salts with her mirror running on a divided highway at 2am into oncoming traffic. They called 911 and when the police responded he jumped up on the car and was on the hood. The police drew their guns and subdued him. He had cuts all over. However it wasn't from the car. We got the rest of the story from the police later. He had abandoned his car 5 miles away after he was tripping balls and thinking he and it were on fire. Broke into a house, the owner then defended himself with.... Wait for it..... A sword! The story is pretty wild and almost unbelievable but nothing like this case of cannibalism.

How about the mother in TX that killed her newborn, ate it's brain and bit off 3 of it's toes. People can call this cannibalism and blame it on bath salts all they want, but really why the sudden increase in news stories. The media will jump on a cannibal story in a heart beat, and I haven't really heard any since Dhamer, and definitely not 4 or 5 back to back in a weeks time. You guys can think what you want but I'll stick to my gameplan and believe that these are signs of the impending Zombie Appocalypse, cuz' really how is a homeless man going to get his hands on a designer PCPesque drug.

Cannibalism in the US is nothing new. There's the infamous Alfred E. Packer. Not only brother of Lehigh University Founder Asa Packer, Alfred was also known as the Colorado Cannibal. He went on a gold prospecting trip in the 1870's to the Rockies with a group that went sour due to weather. He survived by giving new meaning to the food terms chuck roast, franks, and ribs as he ended up eating a geologist or two. He was the first person in US history to be convicted of cannibalism. Back in college our house celebrated his deeds with the Alfred E. Packer memorial leg roast.

So wait. Did he get convicted and get jail time for cannibalism considering he did what he had to do to survive?

yes, he was convicted and got jail time. He hurt his case because he changed his story a few times. The jury did not believe his claim of self defense from hunger crazed others in the party. He eventually got paroled in 1901, and even escaped prison once during that period.

His...accomplishments have been a part of popular culture for many years. For example, the University of Colorodo opened dining room in his honor: the Alfred Packer Memorial Grill, "have a friend for lunch". Our leg roast was far less formal, but we did feature a guy dressed as Alfred. He wore a caveman outfit, carrying a chewed mannequin leg. :)

They're taking zombie-ism alittle too seriously, but there is a scary trend

When I look at people I see a lot of zombie-like behavior. Shuffling about with heads down oblivious to their surroundings, seemingly confused without the security of a group of other zombies to direct their movements, eating whatever they come across without reservation, smelling bad and looking disheveled, easily distracted by fireworks, shiny things, any television that happens to be on,,,really any channel, etc. Zombies are all around us, don't stand out or they will attack you.

this has never happened with the 224 million pot smokers in the world

http://gawker.com/5921416/man-eats-dog- ... ily-canine

why would people want to use "designer " drugs instead of the real thing?
