FYI...07 G35 Drivers

"We discovered that if the I-Key touches a mobile phone, outgoing or incoming calls have the potential to alter the electronic code inside the I-Key," Nissan spokesman Kyle Bazemore said. "The car won't start and the I-Key cannot be reprogrammed," he added. The auto maker is asking customers who drive new models of two of Nissan's flagship Sedans, the 2007 Altima sedan and 2007 Infiniti G35, to keep their car keys and cell phones at least an inch apart to avoid disabling the "intelligent keys."

I got my leter also. it says we'll have new one in early fall. So add couple of moths on the top of that and let see ...November. I think. So far I had no problem with it and I dunno anybody who actually experienced problem with the I key. But hey new key sure. Don't have to worry about the batery life in there. I believe they called for about 2 years on the battery life.
