I-Key battery replacement

The batteries on my Intelligent keys are dead. Can anyone please tell me how to change the batteries? I can see there is a small slot for a small screw driver but I don't want to monkey around with it unless I get an expert advise. I got a Murano 05. Thanks.

Yes, carefully pop that open to replace the battery. Make sure you don't do it if the plastic has been sitting out in the cold......give it a chance to warm to room temp.
