I keep bending exhaust valves?

Okay, so I just recently replaces two exhaust valves that got bent somehow and after about a month I took the car to the track and bent the same valves again. Why do I keep bending valves? The cam timing is perfect, could it possibly be the shims? Its a ka24de by the way

If you do have the cam timing correct, then I would think weak valve springs. Also I would have someone degree the cams to see if you have a bad gear or cam ground wrong.

It happened at the track? How high did you rev the motor? A lot of times you can bend valves during valve float. I'm not sure how susceptible to float KAs are (SRs are notorious about it), but it sounds to me that that could be a possible reason for it to happen.
