from the exhaust manifold to the turbo is suppose to be the outlet or inlet ?? i have a major exhaust leak coming from around there so please tell me what gasket i should get

That's the rectangular shaped turbo inlet gasket.Part#: 14415-17M00 if for a SR20DET.
