I just rebuilt my 91 240sx got some questions!

It wont idle. Clutch slips. The throttle will stick. I put it in neutral and it revs up to 4.5 goes down some and back up to 4.5

Any ideas of to do

Auto or manual? And what do you mean it won't idle?

Automatic also uses clutch so it could happen, but I doubt it. What did you do to the engine when you rebuild it. Give us some more details. Check for any vacuum leaks

It's a manual.

I put in new bearings pistons gaskets and rods. The engine was knocking and I was told to just rebuild it to save some cash. I took out the ac compressor and cruise control because they are pointless in the city and in Indiana. I checked the vacuum system twice! I think its either my mapping sensor or bad throttle positioning sensor. IDK what to do so anything helps. Walking everywhere sucks
