Dont let this get you down... Seriously, we'll get through this Stuff like this happens all the time, its likely something simple.. Only a very basic understanding on how electronics work is required. The hard starting thing you listed is common after a TB clean, often the excess floods the engine.
Now that my Dr. Phil moments are taken care of for the year, on to business. Code 51 is related to INJECTOR, NOT to be confused with code 45 INJECTOR LEAK...
heres what I would do, its obvious some of your injectors are not "on line"... Bust out your digital VOM (you have one right?? YOU HAVE ONE, RIIIIIIIIGHT? , if not go grab one at walmart for $15, thats what i use)... Obviosuly the easiest way for you to determine whats up is to do a power balance test but you cannot do that, so lets do the next best thing.. We're not going to worry about the code 32 EGR just yet... its for tree huggers anyway, i bet something got on the sensor to make it start acting funny, i doubt thats an issue to concern yourself with at the time.
Bust your VOM out, and ohm test each of your 6 injectors AT THE ENGINE SUBHARNESS... If any of them produce an open circuit, then you can assume you bumped one of the connectors. if you DO NOT have a VOM, check the injector connetions near the TBs...
