for the 6 speed trans, you also need an sr20det engine to go along with it...

there was a guy last week selling all you are asking for+sr20det...etc. Search for s15 sr20det or something. By the way, the lsd was the helical s15 one.

And someone said it's possible to swap transmission's internals into the ka transmission case...don't know how true that is.

why do you need abs? You would have to rewire the whole braking system.

arent the ka and s13/s14 sr trannies the same except for the bellhousing?ive heard a lot about the 6speeds bein weak cuz they fit in the same housing as the s14 sr's 5 speed. so i would imagine you would just swap the bellhousings? dont know what you would be doin for the speed sensor though...

Speedsensor's easily swapped. As are bellhousings, likely. Why do you wanna drop all that money just so you have to shift another time? Seems about as useful as a wing on a street car....

For the JDM Tyteness man. Isn't it so much cooler to be like I have a 6 speed instead of saying I have a 5 speed??

Just messin with ya. But seriously, why spend all that money and work to get that extra gear?

to be perfectly honest i would like to have a 6th gear, provided it was a much taller gear than our current 5th. driving on the highway at 80mph at 3200 rpm sure gets old. good for passing, bad for mileage and noise. i wouldnt pay over 200 for somethin like that though, and **** having it just to say you have a 6 speed.

Thank you captain obvious... Daniel doesn't know Brett, the only way he might know who he somewhat is is by his TRS name.

I'm going to assume you didn't mean what I think you did. speed sensors are not easily "swapped" between S14 KA and S15 SR. S15 speed sensor is in the diff. There isn't a spot to put a speed sensor on an S15 mission.

yeah thats what i was thinking. if you manage to get the s15 diff maybe that would help you out.
