Yes, you just have to pry the old ones out- even if they snap and break. If you want to keep the original kick plates, then you'll have to stick something between the kick plate and the door's base- but why would you want to keep the old ones anyway? I just snapped the old one - broken or not, threw it in the trash, and installed the new ones. Simple as that.tama48 wrote:I just ordered some kick plates. How do you get the originals out?
