I...hate...these...people! The Chinese are extremely cruel to animals as well. I think we need a task force that goes in saves the animals and inflicts cruel and unusual punishment to anyone involved!

In Korea the people eat dogs, they have farms to rise up dogs to eat...I don't see anything wrong with it...they are hungry and they can't afford to have cows or sheep...so dogs is their food, the source of skin for winter, etc...

But, using a dog as a bait...I'll hope is a fake, because no animal deserves such a suffering...wait! I do the same with the worm when I go fishing...Man! The internet is so digusting and most people shouldn't be using it. I've seen better than hooked dogs.

You are right about that, AZ, the bait is also to large for the hunting animal. Unless you are catching something a line that goes on those hooks wouldn't handle, which would require a larger hook. If I was a shark and the bait was hooked like that, I would just take half.

But Koreans do eat dog. Who cares! Living is living and that is their way of life to live. You can't change or take that from anyone.

Plus I bait my larger hooks with baby rabbits. Mad?

I'm going to call shens on this. If it were alligator hunting I'd have an easier time believing it. But sharks? No. Dogs were used in the olden days to attract gators to the boat. Gators are attracted to the whining of dogs. They would stand dogs on the bow of their john boat and whip the dog until the gators showed up. That seems even more cruel to me than what that article described.
