Actually, in 1974 I think, Earl Tarks invented a second reverse gear.

He wasn't very well known, but locally people knew him as the reversed goose. He got that name because the goose was the national symbol for their county. And reverse because he custom built his infinity transmission with 2 reverse gears. He could get up to around 55 mph max IN REVERSE. He went to the local track every Friday to give a show, thus making him locally famous. The reverse goose legend has never died... to this day people still replicate his transmission.

The person you bought it from must have added a 7th gear as well... since yours has one. It is a rare car if the factory built it like that, only 100 of those were built.

How much did you buy it for?

Nevermind, you paid 47k for it. I see...

Well since only 100 7speeds were factory made, my guess is your's is custome built alonge with the 2 reverse gears.

Well in 1973 when he created the original 2 reverse gears I believe he was 64 years old.He grew up around cars and mechanics. Both his dad and brother were mechanics, and his first car was a 1966 Ford Mustang. He loved American cars, and so did his family. They believed American built cars were the BEST. Which is true, they are more reliable, faster, better, etc. But back to the subject. Not much is known about him but from what information we have he went to a local college (name not given) to be a mechanic and follow in his families foot steps.

Well you could go with simple bolt ons - which are parts that only require 5-10 bolts and you're good to go.

Stillen superchargersCold air intakeHeadersCamsExhaust catback/axlebackGiant muffler tips that make you sound like a weed eaterStickersAnything with Type-S on it

All the things I just listed add ATLEAST 5 rwhp. With those your G may actually pass 300hp! An incredible thing for an import.

Want in one hand... poop in the other. Tell me which one fills up first.

Supermods don't have access to that. Only admins.
