Pretty much ricer is adding cosmetic parts to your car and thinking it makes you fast.Someone who runs there mouth about cars and doesn't know the first thing about them.Ricer is some with lack of knowledge to the scene.Those who never get their hands dirty.

a ricer is a car with huge funkey exterem body kit with stock muffler. or huge gt wings on front wheel drive cars. well as a matter of fact a huge gt wing on any kind of car, unless it is a GT car. a ricer is a car with 50 stickers on it and non of those companies actually sponsored the car. fake ralley roof vents, huge hood scoops with no actual use out of them , you get the idea
