I have spark, fuel pressure, injectors are clicking, but won't start.

I have everything pretty much done, but still not running.

I used a can of starting fluid to see if it would crank. Fired right up on that stuff. So I pulled fuel line before rail and have lots of pressure. Used a scope and listened in on injectors. Clicking.

Its not even trying to fire.

What else is left. What should I try. I am thinking fuel pressure regulator, but are these common to fail?

Try squeezing the return line shut with a pair of vise grips wrapped in tape to protect the hose from the jaws. That will confirm if the regulator is sketchy.

And look for what?

lol, I already did pull the return hose off and saw that it was dry, so I pulled the feed line. Lol, there is fuel there. So I am pretty sure thats what it is.

lines arent backwards are they?did that once had feed line and return line switched.

do u have ur resistor box there? (are u using a dsm or other modified to work?)

i dunno obviously its fuel related. has to be something to do with injector signals.

If you pinch the line shut, the fuel pressure should go through the roof and the car should start, or at least try to.

Just try it , try to remove the crank angle sensor, check the notch (I don't know what that thing called) inside the exhause cam, see if there is any broken parts. You might have a broken cam, ignition timing is incorrect.
