This is from a Titan forum:

The guy: Chris, any chance of having them cut some mild steel flanges to suit the vk56, i have some turbo manifolds for a vh45 (looking at trying to fit them in an s13 180sx with some 2871r's), but it would be interesting to experiment with the titan as well if time permits.

Me: Where did you get turbo manifolds for a VH45?

The guy: bought them used from a japanese auction site, got the manifolds with some very tired kkk turbos, external wastegates, and a big (24*12*5) intercooler for about $1800

Does anyone know anything about these??

Well, KKK turbos are used by HKS, at least now.

Doesn't matter much unless they're:

a) For saleb) Reasonably-pricedc) Already in the US

Doubt they're any of the three, so they may as well be chrome-plated unicorns.

And if all of this is true, there is only 1 set.

I asked the guy if he lives in the states. I also asked him to provide pics.

I told him there is alot of interest in what he has.

has anyone tried to make a custom set of headers from a kit, somethinng like the Jegs weld-a-kit thing?

I say send them straight up, but there's not enough room . With enough patiences you could make them yourself

The easiest route to build turbo manifolds is to use the stock manifolds and modify them.

Yep - Don't even THINK of welding your own turbo manifolds from mild steel header bends. Can you say "crack crack"? Cast iron weld-els work pretty good too.

And remember this is a RH drive car, so those manifolds may not fit a LH drive car. Steering columns can be a real bugaboo.

Heh, that's SafT, I know him IRL. I'll get him to take pics & e-mail to me. ^_^
