i was at safeway and spotted this, it made me laugh so hard...i couldnt believe what i was seeing, it apears to me that he bought sheet metal, painted it white and screwed it on the bumper and blocked air from getting in. and then he put the ghey side skirt thingy...i took these with my celly telly...if i had my camera i would've took more

leave that civic alone!!! he was stopping off @ safeway to pick up some bottled water on his way to the salt flats to break the land speed record...that's my opinion and I'm sticking to it...lol.

It looks like the guy isn't tryin to rice it out. Look more like he's experimenting on trying to make it as fuel efficient as possible hence the cover over the rear wheels like the honda insight, the dish wheels and smoothed out front end to minimize air resistance.
