No.

The R33 has a differnt input flange, which needs to be swapped with your input flange.

Removing and replacing the input flange will adjust the depth of the pinion gear, which you won't be able to gauge properly unless you have the right tools.

The R33 VLSD also has two "ears" (mounting tabs) on the top of the pumpkin for the ATTESSA system which will interfere with the underside of the car.

Lastly, the "snout" is a bit too short, as the R33 diff has the ABS sensors on the axle stubs.

Find a VLSD from a 180sx or a J30 and save yourself a lot of misery.

ok i was told "what it sounds like is that his thinking your using your input flanges,, what I have is complete with input flanges?? I have a few guys that are using these in there s13s.. You have to swap the rear cover from your diff, but this has the input flanges/axles/hubs.. I have complete subframes that these parts are coming from..now if you are not converting to a 5-lug setup.. then this is not for you cause you do have to use these hubs since the axels are larger.. they are the same as the 300ZX TT.. if your are sicking with the 4-lug setup.. than it would be easier just to replace the diff.. What I am offering with this setup is for someone looking to convert to 5-lug.. " but you said something about the ATTESSA system brackets. so he is telling me it will work and you said no..

probably depends on whether it was a GTR or not. but it is my understanding that all R33's, GTR and GTS/GTS-t, had the R230V rear differential, meaning that no matter how you look at it, the rear end will be too wide to fit in your S13. it would only be a direct swap for the 300ZX-TT. S13/S14/S15/J30/Z32 N/A all use the R200V, which is 200mm wide, versus the R33/R34/Z32-TT's 230mm differential. their wider diff also has a wider case to go with it, which is why it won't bolt up.

in short, get a '95-'96 J30 pumpkin and swap the VLSD and output shafts into your pumpkin. then the pumpkin will bolt up to the car, and the axles will bolt up to the output shafts, and nobody will be the wiser.
