Kinda sounds like a bad maf. Have you tried unpluging them and see if still dose the samething? might be in fail safe mode.

If you unplugged one of the mafs and the car ran exactly the same then that may be your problem. The only trouble with unplugging sensors to find an issue is a car will sometimes only run slightly worse, so it leads to a lot of false diagnosis. its kind of like going around your elbow to get to your butthole.

That could be abything really. Ive never worked on a 26 before but if its similar to the other RB motors Id check the usual suspects: MAFS, CAS, TPS, Knock Sensors, Coolant Temp Sensors, etc.

Also, try cleaning both MAFS with brake cleaner and q-tips, but be really gentle. A dirty mafs will still show voltage but under laod it will jump around all over the place, giving your ECU mixed readings.

Also, have you checked for boost leaks?

Is this problem only while driving or while sitting at a stop and revving too?

I don't think your suppose to use brake cleaner on elterical parts. They have cleaners for MAFs at the store. Next thing to do is check the ECU for codes, If the check engine light is not wired up you will have to pull the codes off the ecu by the flashing led on it.

WTF ARE YOU YELLING AT US?

Unless it's so modified that you can't run the stock ecu you should prob find someone that can help you. There really isn't enough info here, to try and doing it a psychic internet diag.
