I have no, dash or tail lights...

So I have a 1992 240sx and pretty recently brought a 1997 sentra. Both cars have no power to the dash lights and keeps blowing fuse for tail lights. Is this just a total coincidence or is there some common issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Not sure on the sentra, but could be a bad TCU on the S13 for the dash lights (usually happens on radio installs or other times were wires are crossed). If you find out that's what it is I have a couple of them if you need.

The tail lights usually ends up being bad connections or the wrong bulbs.

Biggie. My speedo is also intermittently working/not working as well. Do you think this may have something to do with the TCU as well. Also what kind of deal can you make me on one of those units. I've also got some pretty good info on another thread about proper wiring of an aftermarket radio. I plan to check to make sure it was wired correctly. Thanks
