In my headlights...

So I looked around and it seems I cant find anyone with this problem.

When I bought my car the headlight motors didnt work, along with my high beams. The guy told me the motors burnt out, so I added it to a list of stuff to do.

It was odd that both burnt out at the same time to me though. I went reading yesterday to see if anyone had the same problem, and i read to check the switch. Sure enough there was a loose ground wire. I soldered that back in and hit my headlight button. The lights went up.

At seeing that I was happy, and went to push the button again. It did nothing. The lights stayed up. So i can turn the lights on, and I can put them up, but i cant put them down without doing it manually, and I still dont have highbeams.

I checked my fuses, and they were ok, so i dont think thats the problem.

Any ideas next?

I looked at your title and then your name and immediately thought this was going to be Naruto related. I'm disappointed.

Pour holy water on your headlight assemblies. Problem resolved.

EDIT: Or better yet, 4th Hokage-style, seal dem hoes!

Get a meter, download the FSM, and trace out the prints and make sure you have the proper voltages and grounding point. Check for oxidation on the connector as well.
