alright so all of a sudden i have this really load JOHN DEER trackter noise coming from where my exhaust manifold bolts onto my turbo, im running stock turbo with megan headers. i had a mechanic look at it and it was my turbo inlet gasket (the square one) that is chipped off, i think . so i drove it home, let her cool down, and i reach under where the turbo bolts to the exhaust manifold or headers, whatever you want to call them, and on of the bolts i was able to spin freely with my finger, its such a tight azz fit how would i go about tightening that or should i just take the headers pff the unbolt turbo bolts and replace gasket or what, i dont know what to do?????

pull your hoses and tubing from up top after you let it cool off.

Sorry for the threadjack, but did you do the swap yourself? I'm having a lot of trouble removing the s14 wiring harness from under the dash.

use a short open ended wrench to get in there. Im having the same problem on my sr with the megan header and ive tightened all of the nuts and bolts around it. put in an oem turbo to manifold gasket because i think the megan one is crap and if you dont have the oem gasket on your turbo outlet i would swap that too for an oem. hope this helps. oh and i think the nuts are 13mm, so just buy a shorty 13mm open ended and you should be able to get to all of them.
