Alrite guys... First time I ever had an issue with my car... About two weeks ago I been driving my Sentra... It has a VQ35DE out of an 03 Maxima. Well I am having gas peddle issues and thought ok livewire... time to replace it... ok after a 30 mins it came back... The peddle was died. Motor ran and what not but the car would not do anything but idle.... Ok so I have spoken to a few people and checked everything from lose grounds, plugs, and wires. I have checked the voltages and what not. With everything on idling "AC, Audio, Lights, Flashers, and everything" It drops to a 10.41v from a 14.2v..... Ok so I believe the ECU is going into Failsafe, but I could be wrong right? Can someone please help me... gettin' sick of this car...

A swap that many have not done. Have you researched this issue via the FSM? If not, here's a link for ya:

The ecu has a voltage compensation circuit to fix a little low voltage [cranking, etc] but overall it expects to see 13.2 volts minimum.

With low voltage the injector and individual coil charge time must be longer.

Just use a battery/another car in parallel [jumpers] to bring the voltage up for testing.

Have you talked to Travis on the vboards? I assume he did the swap. I have no idea how the ECUs are tied in together on that setup. Another reason he needs to share his knowledge.
