People will bash but a side note I ran a cheaper $180 ebay turbo just for fun and it lasted 3 1/2 years being driven hard everyday at 15 psi

Not saying they suck, but there is a reason they are cheaper. Cheaper parts usually equals inferior product....Run it hard, and post a review. All you will get here is flamed, for cheaping out on a car we all love.Good luck.

Not inferior Enjuku has tested these products and they hold up. Stop spreading crap. These parts work as described. Enjuku has sold multiple turbos and have had 0 failures. The are not going to risk their rep on a crap product. If its ok by them its ok for me.

How much power can you push reliably with one of these turbos? Are they journal bearing? If I can get 300 out of one, I'll pick one up

my buddy had 24K miles on his $600 ebay turbo kit (upgraded to tial w/g and a real ssqv bov and better oil lines) on his DC2 integra, car made 350whp and ran in the 12's a few times. not bad for a $600 kit that the turbo just let go of.

Not a snowballs chance in hell of that happening. I had one on my old 240. Maxed it out at 14psi @ 270whp. With cams it went to 280/280. This mind you is with an e-01 boost controller, at 100% duty cycle, it could not hold over 12 psi up top. The exhaust wheel is way small. This is a great journal bearing turbo if your looking for mid 200's all day long. Anymore though and I would just suggest looking else where.

My friend just put one on his s14 sr20det and it works fine, hes only ran it at 7 or 8 psi but the guy from enjuku said it tops out at 330 whp at something like 21 psi if i recall right. He also will replace it if it has manufacturing company problems. The enjuku car made 280 at 14 psi.

Nobody said they sucked.

The turbo on my friends CA is from ebay, one of those $200 specials. The turbo elbow does not line up correctly so we had to cut the gasket and the turbo elbow holes to get it to fit, even then the waste gate which is adjustable does not seem very cooperative.

However the turbo has held up for a a year or so without exploding etc. I never said the ISIS turbo was bad, i would trust that over any cheap ebay turbo.

I'm running an ebay turbo which is the same as this "isis" crap enjuku and all these small drift kid shops are selling for twice the price. Mines held up just fine for the 150 or so that i paid for it. Put plenty of miles on it and now issues as of yet.

they claim this is similar to an s15 turbo. well those are selling for slightly under $800 and says garrett on it. the isis is about $500. I chalk that up to being a generic product. what people sometimes forget is a lot of the cost of these products is in making up the money spent in R&D, not necessarily in the manufacturing. this thing is only about $300 more, and (lets be honest here) a lot of the time with these types of products the R&D was done by somebody else.

there are plenty of absolute crap products on the market, I remember hearing about a turbo from one company where the compressor housing was actually glued on. then, there are also plenty of non-band name products that are made perfectly well, just not by anybody competing in the GT300. I would trust enjuku to make the right call on that one.

The lower cost also comes from cheaper materials not just R&D. Not all metals are the same.
