For the transmission, a Valve Body mod and transmission cooler.

if u look at the track times between the auto and manual they are pretty close. i just wanted to clean up the up- shifts because it takes a little while longer to upshift. but quarter mile times are fairly the same. maybe half a second difference, if ur lucky...i do mean stock of course.

Worthless if you're not boosted in my opinion.

any car unless, its a vette, viper. is worthless not boosted. manual/automatic, stock...sucks. and that valve body well change the timing in the gears, making it run like the manual, doesn't make the car faster, just feels faster. but in the end, both are slow stock.
