I have a slight problem!!

I just recently changed my oil in my car myself( i used syn blend) and after i changed it, it started to give me problems. The problems is when i ouch in the clutch it wants to shut off, like it isn't getting enough fuel or air. But i don't know why it is doing it after i changed the oil. Also when i switched my stock air bock with a filter there was a tube connection from the air box to a sensor thing. Maybe that might have something to do with it. I don't know but it is annoying, but the problem doesn't always happen. Just some of the time. My friend thinks it is carbon build up. But could someone tell me whats wrong or give me some ideas!!! umm this seams like a dumb question but how much oil is in the car? and did you remeber to drain the old oil before putting the new oil in?

maybe you knocked something loose on the intake when you pulled the filter?

thats your AIV senor, it's probably not working correctly causing your car's idle problems.
