basically as the title states i want to upgrade my stock rb25 turbo and want to know if there are any bigger turbos that will bolt on to the stock manifold and still be able too fit into the engine bay of an s13 without cooking the brake cyl or need of any major modification to fit (i.e. sawzall holes). i realize i would have to use an internally wastegated turbo but that is not a prob....worst case ill just buy a custom mani; but for now i just want to explore other options. any suggestions????

The stock manifold accepts any T3 sized turbo which come in all shapes and sizes, you can also get adapter plates to change to T4, T2, etc.. with flanges for external wastegates. In other words, your options are endless as far as the type of turbo goes...size though may be a problem.

i have a tr44 turbo upgrade from australia im trying to sell i bought for my rb25det in my s13 coupe but i blew the rear end out so i have to sell. i paid 700 for the turbo from hypergear in australia but ill sell it to you for 450.00 shipped.

it was made for a rb25det and bolts right on and uses a internal wastegate that comes with it and its set at 10psi , the turbo is brand new and comes with a warrenty . e-mail me for pics and specs

btw the guys at hypergear said it made over 300whp on under 14 psi wth only a exhuast and intake filter.

the stock turbo manifold should support up to a t04e, any larger on the compressor housing...you will need spacer/adapter for fitment room.
