I have a quick question for anyone that knows their s13's

Hi , I am currently building up my 93 240 and i ran across a couple of questions that i know the guys at nico could answer. There is an ecu under the center divider, but i cant figure out what it is. i assume it has somthing to do with the inside of the car but i would like to know what exactly does it control and can the car be run w/o it(i did search, but w/o the name of the component its kinda useless).thanks

nevermind, i figured it out, its for the power seat belts
