see i bought one, and i'm still under swapping process..the car originally was automatic, and now i'm converting it to manualnow the thing is that i'm soon to buy the swap engine(vg30dett)..right so there are many questions regarding differente topics...

1. hence its a 90, you all know it origi. comes with small calipers..now i pulled off the bigger calipers from 300zx n/a at a junkyard, do they fit without mods.??

2. i also pulled off the necessary parts for the manual swap, that being: the pedal assembly, master cylinder, slave cylinder, and the shifter assembly ,w.e--- question is: the car was n/a so it does not come with the clutch booster for the master...is it critical to have the clutch booster...????

3. now regarding the intake kit...(the one that goes underneath the cover) can i use the stock one from..??? or is it necessary to buy the aftermarket in order for it to run...?? so far i got the top piping....but i need to know where can i connect it to without buying..

4. if there is anything you guys can advice me with...feel welcome to do so....i'm new to this 300zx world...and i any info regarding it is well appreciated...THANKS TO ALL

For bigger brake disc you need a new caliper bracket. Z1 sells them for around 50.00 bucks. Alot of people buy 350z front brake disc and use them with the larger 300zx calipers and the new mount bracket. Go to ebay and search for 300zx big brake upgrade and see what you get so you can get and idea of the what the is exactly.

I worked on tanks, humv and trucks when I was in the army. I am not a car expert but if its on the turbo car then its there for a reason and you should transfer it on the other car. I assume the booster is there to increase hydrulic pressure to allow smooth operation of the clutch.

If you are going to run the turbo engine you might as well upgrade you intake and use an aftermarket system. They are not that expensive and will make more horsepower and torque.

If you don't know read up on it and ask questions. There are alot of automotive videos on youtube so just search. Good luck.

My '91 2+2 Does not have a clutch booster. I am thinking you may not need that?
