Motordyne (Motordyne.com) has all the different sizes spacers.eBay has a number of spacers at lower cost.

I don't have a clue about sway bars.

What year G do you have and with what transmission?

Generally, the 5/16" spacer provides the best gains.

I believe that 4doormadness(sp?) did some research and determined that the Motordyne was worth the extra $$$

I went with the stillen sway bars. I like them a lot.

I'd stick with Stillen, Cusco, or Hotchkis for sways on the G.

I have the copper isothermal upgrade for the Motordyne plenum spacers but I am using the BLOX 5/8" spacer. I think that the thermal upgrade makes the biggest difference between spacers.

Hey dude, get the Motordyne 5/16 spacer. It is probably the best if your using it just for daily driving. It gave me 8 hp and 9 ft lbs in some areas over the blox spacer. The 5/16 is very thin so you can easily fit the strut bar, and it is a very stealthy mod. You cant even tell its there. You can also use the engine cover over that. Its worth it for the price. Get it right the first time, get the md. The 1/2 spacer gives about 1-2 hp over the 5/16. Just a stat for you.

As for Sway bars, there are many options out there. I have eibach ones and really like them. they dont have any problems with them. Make sure to grease the bushing with lithium and u shud be fine. Other options are stillen, nismo, hotchkis, cusco, and a few others. Get the cheapest ones you can find. I have my settings soft/soft because it gets pretty stiff. It also depends on ur driving style. Mix and match. try out different settings and stick to whatever suits you. Beware of the stillen sway bars, i have heard of a couple breaking. Im not saying stillens are bad or anything. I have a stillen catback exhaust so im not bad mouthing them or anything.

When u change out your sway bars, get some aftermarket endlinks as well. If you are gona keep it in the soft settings, i wont worry about it, but if you are gona go medium or hard, then ur stocks will get shot pretty quick. I have spl endlinks, they are great.

Let me know if i can me of any other help.
