I have a dilema guys

Well ok this is my problem...uhm so i move the car from where i live to a friend and i had to drive it without the maf so all i was really getting was backfire and during some gears the car would drive like normal...not boggy or jerky jerky...so i have a "cat" on my exhaust and i was meaning to change it...cause on the first start up i wasnt getting any of the sweet inline rb sound...so i was kinda frustrated and was planning on taking it to the exhaust shop to have the cat cut off and either straight pipe or a flex pipe put in for the small gap that was cut out. So anyway on the way bring the car over to my friend i did not hear no form of sound and my friend said he bearly heard it while he was following behind me...then lastnite since because of complaints from the neighbors on my friend block i had to move it again to another friends house which aside from the same usual not having a maf problem after the car warmed up the car got super loud and super deep outta no where and it seems that only happens when the car warms up...but on first start up the car is quiet as ever and idles regular...but once it warms up the deep sound comes out and it just seems to run different and more aggressive...call me crazy but this damn rb is kinda creeping me out...hahahahah what could u guys think the problem is

my cold start works...so not that...can can cold start really cause that much of a difference??

yes, cold start is a start up based on calculations not the input from the sensors, so if something is bad and it goes to new map and is depending on reading from sensors it can cause a problem there

My car was quiet at startup...then got louder, cold start worked and everything else did as well..or so I thought. My coolant temp sensor was toast but not throwing a CEL. Changed it out and BAM, no problems at all.

hhhhhhhhmmmmmmmnnnnnnnnnnn...well i am gonna put in a new cluster soon so maybe i am gonna get to see the CEL so i can check it out soon

...but this car sound so nice when it warms up its freaking amazing

I dont think non cali s13s had cels. I know they have the spot on the cluster but I think they left the bulb out.

oooooooooooo well when i put in the new cluster i might have to put in the bulb but even thought the car is loud i love the the sound hahahaha even with the cat on its super loud which is crazy to me
