I have a CA, need a little help

Hey I just got a CA not too long ago. I'm am currently in the middle of the wiring, and since I heard the SR wiring is the same as the CA wiring im using this to wire the wires going into the fender behind the battery.

Ok, so i have cut the two plugs off the KA harness (left side on picture) and not yet cut the CA harness (right side on picture) the site only talks about wiring 11 wires and i have a lot more wires then that. What do i do with the rest of the wires? I really don't want to mess this up.

The rest of the wires you leave disconnected. Wrap them in electrical tape or something so they dont short out and keep them off to the side, out of the way.
