I have a 95 Infiniti G20 my hood won't open up...

I have a 95 Infiniti G20, and there is some rust under the hood. The car has been parked in the same spot for a year or so and now I can't open the hood. I think the rust from under the hood bonded with the car. Can someone help me out please? Thanks.

Have some pull the latch and you lift up on the hood manually at the same time.
