I have a 240sx fastback that dosen't seem to want to start and i was wondering if that could be a timing problem. i have checked the electrical and fuel system. is there anyone that can help me?

yeah, i sympathize with you. I have spun bearings, bent valves, and i have five headgaskets, and four motors.... i've pretty much done it all

I/we need more info about tis starting problem, for example:

What year is it, did it run before, have you recently worked on it, or modified it, does it crank, but not turn over, have you checked compression, are you sure you have fire, etc...

so more please, sometimes these no start issues are easy to find

You should check to see if your timing belt is worn or broke, because if it is your engine will not crake just spin. i've had the same problem before.
