i have a 1998 q45 and i wanted to know if ther is a difference in the 1999 q45

i have a 1998 q45 and i wanted to know if ther is a difference in the 1999 q45 and also what does the tt stand for when it says q45 tt and are all q45 tt....because mine just says q45 only but i been looking at a 1999 q45 and it says tt at the end of it...and is the 1999 q45 a better car or is it the same...please let me know thanks

There is a significant difference in trim and safety.
