I have a 1995 240sx i changed trannys from 95 auto to 98 auto is it the same?

i had to change torque converters from the old 1995 to the other 1998 transmission.n it work but the clearance from flywheel and oil pan from the motor was so small it was almost touching so we put in some spacers.n it work, but now it goes in gear and all but i have to give it gas till like 2000rpm so it could move..the first time in reverse it didnt move at all wothout gas but today it moved without giving gas. also i had to change some sensors the big one on the right side had to splice so i could use the old one i dont know if there difference. also it kind of feels like shaking trembling inside a bit. we lift the car from the back so we could check it and the car went to 100 mph but started shaking from 80 to 100 a bit. thx for all the help.
