Hello ,

I have a 1994 Q45 infiniti and under the air filter there is a vacuum line that runs beneath the air filter and splits into 2 lines , one connecting from under the throttle body and the other connecting to a device that has multiple lines connected to it... But the vacuum line is broken at the very tip from the 2 way section... So i was wondering if there is any possible way to bypass using that line or customizing one? Or where can i purchase a new one w/o going to the dealership?
I have been to the Salvage Yard and only found one Q45 but the part wasn't inside of it.

Sorry i am not a mechanic so i am really trying to explain this as good as i can.

Can you post a picture of the broken line or area that is broken? Some of our members may have a spare part or can get you one -- but we need to know what is broken.

Lots of parts stores sell simple vacuum "T" fittings. They are usually under the HELP brand name. Take yours old one to the store and match your "T" splitter size to a new one, be it metal or plastic.

I'm going to guess that we're talking about the vacuum lines that go to the EGR solenoid or the Carbon Canister purge solenoid.

As mentioned before, pictures would go a long way here. Check out the sticky about how to post hosted pictures if you need help with that.
