Well I got my earl stainless steel Lines today. It came with three large washers and 2 small ones. Im guess the small ones are for the oil line, and the the others are for the coolant? If so guess I need to go get another one.

Or basically do I need 3 washers for the oil line and 4 for the coolant lines?

Also how do I seat the studs on the exhaust side of the turbo?

Yeah you'll need 3 for the oil feed. And for the coolant lines.. Looks like they sent you 2 of the same one? The way the return line hooks back up to the block; neither of your fittings will fit.

I have the s14sr. Theyll fit, I already check. But the end pieces of the coolant lines come apart. Do I need to put 2 washers on each end or are you sure its only one?

On the turbo the return hose is on the back side of the turbo right?

Oh okay I didn't know the coolant passages were different my bad.

What you need to do is take the fitting off the line and put a crush washer between it and the block. Then tighten it down, but make sure not to over tighten cause a lot of people strip their blocks out doing that.

Then tighten the line onto that fitting. No washer is needed as it is a flare fitting so when you tighten it down it will spread inside and seal it.

Some people will say to use teflon tape here, but I wouldn't recomend it as these are not tapered fittings and they are flare fittings. I didn't use it and have 0 leaks.

And I think the coolant can go through either way? But don't take my word for it. Not sure which one is the feed on mine, but the one coming from the side of the block under the exhuast manifold is going into the right side of the turbo, the side you can see when it's bottom mounted on the manifold. And the inside coolant line of the turbo is going to the back of my engine.

I got that setup from looking at positrons build thread when I was putting mine together, I don't know if it's different for a s14 sr though
