i have 2 motors and in need of help

i have 2 motors one ka24e manual and ka24e auto. i have a manual transmission. i have broken rod and piston. do you think i can just take those out of the auto and put them in the manual or is it possible to turn that auto in a manual motor?

the engines are the same, you can swap motors and put the clutch and flywheel on the auto motor in place of the flexplate and TQ convertor.
