i have 15000$ cash im trying to get an r33gts but not sure on importing prices or anything can anyone please give some advice.

Not gonna happen.

Do your research, $15K will get you an R32 that's still not legal to drive in the US.

man that sucks. 15K would get you an R33 GT-R off a lot in Japan. Friggin vultures these import houses.

Call Motorex. They're the only authorized Registered Importer in the US that I know of.

R33 GTS would have been around 30,000 from them. However they can no longer import cars, they were in the buisness of committing fruad.

These guys might be able to help though. Spoke with them a while ago, apparently 10k will get you a Silvia, AE86, R32 GT-S, and a few other various cars. I don't know what 15k will get you, call them and ask (don't bother emailing).

Apparently they plan on opening a lot, ie, walk in, look around and buy one. I don't know how serious they are, or how long they expect that to take, but if they did that, I would take them very seriously, seeing I could see and touch the car I'm buying.

Apparently they do have cars in stock. A few R33 GT-S for 11-16k a pop. Seriously check it out if this is the case. Hell I would consider one for 11k.

I don't see anyhting on that web site about legalizing those cars.

Exactly.

There's a thousand places "planning" on importing, or actually bringing in hacked-up POS's.

None of them are feasible alternatives.

Buy a USDM car and mod it.

email them. Motorex WAS the only RI that can import the Skyline, they no longer can. Thats it, if they have cars in hand and paper work, that is as close as you will get.

I woulnd't be surprised if all those guys with the skylines live in the apt complex there. It cost so much to legalize/get them here they cant afford anything else.

You live in Elkhart, rent is cheap in Norther Indiana. Areas like DC rent is very very expensive if you want to live in a ncie complex.
