No starts are very easy to trouble shoot. First off, check the battery voltage even if it's new. Next if you removed the viper alarm, did it have a remote start or starter kill unit hooked up to the ignition wires? If it does, hwo did you reconnect the ignition wires after you removed the unit? Hope it's not taped back together. If it's properly done, check to see if there's voltage at the ignition and lastly, check to see if power goes to the starter after you turn the key to start (requires 2 people).
If it turns over but just doesn't start then it's a little more involved but still not that difficult to trouble shoot. Give us more info.
