I had an accident!

Some guy thought it wasn't neccesary for me to be completely through the intersection before he went. long story short he hit me going no faster than like 10mph. my question is other than the body damage should I be worried about anything else? my rim did get hit slightly (no damage) I know it got hit cuz I was rubbing bumper plastic of of it. if it helps my car was in motion proably goin like 20.

It seems like it's minimal.Check your frame underneath It looks like it's fine from the pics.Looks as if it just dented you pretty bad.4 way stop?Glad your ok.

no it was like a y-intersection I was going straight he was coming through the intersection on my right. basically taking a left turn. he had a stop sign I had a flashing yellow light (yield). his insurance should be payin for repairs to my car cus it was the other drivers fault. but im just worried that the insurance company is gonna say my frame or something else is broken and that its too much to repair and total my car.
