ok i just wanted to know is when you put in the make and modle at tire rack if the offset it gives you is what your car needs to fit those wheels on it and, if it is would it be flush with the fenders? i could not find the answer anywhere so any help would be great.

Not usually. It will be a relatively "safe" fitment, similar to stock.

Who wants to play it safe anyhow? So pretty much if your 240 is stock, and it plans to stay that way, your good to go. If you want a more agressive offset and have your car lowered a bit, then you may want to do some research before you mkae a wheel choice.

tire racks online thingy gives you terrible sizes

buy your wheels and tires there if they have them, but dont go by their size recommendations
