How about some more details? When was money sent/recieved? Does he not answer his phone or emails? Where are you? etc, etc.

I sent him a money order in feb, so it was in the begining of it. , I have all the emails between us and the reciept of the money order. Im in Idaho.

Get the BBB in his and your state invloved.

Send him a letter registered mail givng him the option of returning your money or sending you teh engine you agreed on.

Give him a tight but not unreasonable schedule say 1 week arrival on your doorstep money or engine.Let him know that you alrwady phoned teh DA office in his and your jusrisdiction.

Also the Post office has a free help desk that you can get infro from as this constitutes mailfraud.

Be sure to tell him who you all are about to involve and that you have sent copies of your transactions out to the authoritoies.

Also point out to him that his action/inaction consitutes mail fraud.
