I got pix for my missing plugs!!

It's a obd II. The bottom plug comes from underneath the intake manifold.Plus, do my cams look aligned? Where do the plugs go??? It's a 96.

Your cams are wrong.

They need to have the dot in the middle of the dark link.

My cams are on the mark, I just have to crank my engine a few more times before it lines up again.

yup ur cams look fine. This is what mine looked like TDC on compression stroke #1 cyl

could that possibly the knock sensor wire? just taking a guess. cause i know the knock sensor wire runs under the intake manifold...

the KS wire come from the front of the engine and has a plastic wire loom around it

Bottom one looks like EGR temp sensor...look in between the runners, the temp sensor has 2 small black wires coming off of it, and it just threads into the intake mani.

i know your motor is a 96....and your cams are at 11 and 2....well on my s13 my cams are at noon and 3....whats the deal???

It'd help if you showed a picture of the cams from the top, so we can see the direction of the lobes. For TDC (compression stroke) on the #1 cylinder, the two intake lobes should be facing outward, and the two exhaust lobes should mirror them and face outward as well.

Here's a picture of my (very clean) cams lol.



Make sure the pointer on the front cover/oil pump also lines up perfectly with the TDC mark on the crank pulley (second one from the left)

Pointer? what pointer? Can you highlight it on the picture, and my cams look just like that, they point outwards. Can you tell me more about the pointer, could that be the reason why my car aint starting???

NVM, i had a brain fart, yea it's aligned to the second mark.
