I was looking for snow tires recently on ebay when these popped up. They are 17x8 with 225/45/17 on front with .35 offset. The rears are 17x9 with 255/45/17 with .030 offset. they are ASA AR1's. The tires are Dunlop Winter Sport M3's. I bought them not knowing for sure if they would fit. But they do... like a glove. I know they are are tall in the back, but for winter I figured what the hell. I can alway put some 235/45/17 on the rear - 225/45/17 on front next summer. What do you guys think? are they too big for the 240? I apologise for the pics they were taken in my garage and the was car dirty from winter driving. I paid $450 for the whole set... tires and wheels.

Whole car.. notice the lack of wheel space at the rear. I do have the front end up high for winter driving. I will lower it in the spring.

Personally, I prefer the look of a well-filled-out wheel. They're also pretty flush, which helps the look a lot, too.

Nice!

Not to many people get something that nice for winter. Keep that 240 on the road!

450 isn't bad. They look good. The winter salt will own everybody in the midwest, even more than the snow.
