well, when you install the update software, and then plug in your device to your computer via USB, the update driver is supposed to automatically recognize your unit, and instantly starts downloading the updates to your device... but that didn't happen.. Sounds like they had their DB servers out in the net and got hacked on the weekend where there was no monitoring of outside attacks.
