Long story short,

My dad's cousin started up his own mechanic shop and he was leaning on us hard to come to him. Finally we caved in because hey, it's important to support family. From day one things were not well. First of all, I hate leaving my man Curtis because he is the best. My cousin still treated me like a little kid that didn't know crap about cars. He wouldn't do anything I would ask and would only do the things he felt were necessary. Also, his work just wasn't up to my standards.

So after discussing it with the parents, I called Curtis and went and met with him today. He's doing all my summer work and ALL my work from now on. This guy is the man. He even picks up my car at my house on his way to the shop in the morning, leaves me his car for the day and brings my car back at the end of the day...unless I need it sooner. His work is top notch.

Just wanted to express my happiness at getting my guy back.

Nick :)

who is this Curtis? My sister goes to BakerU a few miles south of you and if I ever need to recommend someone, he might be helpful.

He's actually my mechanic in my hometown of Wichita. I have found no good mechanics in the Lawrence area. :(
