I got jacked!

You forget to put your alarm on one night and you get jacked. They didnt do too much damage to the dash but they gutted out my whole console, of course they took my sub and amp, they even took my ash tray! Hopefully this doesnt happen to anyone but if it does expect to spend about $250 to replace everything. I went to a Nissan dealership and they ordered everything I needed, very easy to put it all back together. The most expensive piece to replace was the freakin ash-tray $75!! BASTARDS!!!!

Dam that sucks. The only thing worse than that is when you do have an alarm and they break your window and still take your stuff.

that's true.... i got ripped off when i bought a coolant overflow tank from the dealer. they made me pay for the tank itself and the damn cap for the tank!!!!!!!

i had my car stolen once. but i think you get jacked the most by the towing company if your car is found. then again, i was willing to pay anything to get it back

I found my receipt, it was actually $194 still a lot but I wanted it fixed quick, It hurt driving it and seeing a big *** hole where my stereo used to be. I'm new to sacramento and dont know the area to well, looking for cheaper parts would've just taken longer. Here goes the breakdown. CIG LIGHTER-$26.42, RADIO BRACKETS(2)-$15.72, ASHTRAY $73.25, and LID CLUSTER-$59.58. It took 2 days to get the parts

Cig lighter may have been worth it.Brackets seem to be the right price.But the ashtray wtf were you thinking?Could of made a piece of plexiglas with toggle switches for under $10

LOL.....wow you got jacked by the dealership for the ashtray. i almost got jack by the dealership myself. $101.59 for a EGR solenoid. got one for free. friend jacked it from pick and pull for me.

its true I recently totalled my 240sx and when they towed the car to the tow yard alot of things went missing

yea, i think i would have made some toggle switch spots to plan for the future like florida said. Maybe wired some air horns up
