In May of 2002, 2 ***holes broke into my car and took my subwoofers and Soundstream amp. I was able to catch them and get their plate. One of the ***holes was arrested later on with my amp in his possesion. The subs were gone. The amp went into collection as evidence. I hadn't seen it since May of 2002.
It is now March of 2003 and after what felt like 500 unanswered calls to the DA I finally got a call from her. I told her the deal and how I wanted my stuff back from the police. She sent out a release form to me and I got it today. I went down to the police station tonight and got back the amp. Finally after almost a year!!! I am so happy right now. I still have to get new subs but atleast I have the amp back.
