Just a heads up ( that I ironically received in another thread this morning) , some members may have had some fitment issues with the ED fenders.Rob.Vegan wrote:I think your payoff is way more than mine though Ricky
More info soon on what is going to go on with my car.ED Fenders are only like $25 more than OEM so my dilemma is if I should buy the ED fenders (in that case I would be buying two instead of one). I don't know, I have some stuff to figure out
It's pretty scraped, but can seems like it can be buffed out.Bmore-coupe wrote:Thats sucks. You said that your Stillen Fascia look alright. Unless I am looking at these pics wrong, it looks pretty scraped up where it meets the fender.

Thanks for the info, ya me and Loop almost traded fenders and we had some fitment issues as well but it wasn't bad, just at the time I wasn't having it. But if they were going to be brand new I could deal with itBmore-coupe wrote:Just a heads up ( that I ironically received in another thread this morning) , some members may have had some fitment issues with the ED fenders.

Hats off to you

So you were tipsy when you hit that car... by the looks of your post... you're still tipsy?skop3.5 wrote:thats cheap... and forme i had an incident i was a lil tipsy and was double parked but never move the shifter to P i had it on D and i let go of the brake pedal i was looking at the my phopne for some directions and all i hear was a loud boom and i was me hit the other car. since i had a couple of drinks i took off and when i looked at my car the headlight fender and bumper were F***d up .... i know i did wrong but i didnt wanted a DUI i rather pay out my own pocket. well i took it to a few shops and they estimated like 3500+ Labor and parts so i called NIssan dealer and just the headlight cost $1192.22 thats cause it has the OEM HIDs fender 300 and bumper 350 or so. those fenders are designed to break the headlamp incase they are hit fenders cant take damage... IMO ILL post a pic later
I used to think this also... but I took two of them side by side and looked at the inside housing.. indeed they are different. Different array of vertical reflective panels inside the housing... this is why the cutoff beam pattern isn't exactly perfect in the non-HID equipped headlights when you throw an HID kit in there... it looks good, but there are scattered light rays if you look at the pattern up close to a wall...Rob.Vegan wrote: I didn't think that the HID headlights were any different than the halogen ones though, same housing and everything isn't it ???
