I got ganked!!!!

Okay, so about a month and a half ago, I was desperate to get my CA running. THe only thing holding me up was the wiring. I had a complete harness that needed to be wired, but I'm no good at wiring. So, I posted for some info on where to get this done for cheap. A certain NICO member (who I will not name) volunteered to wire it up for free if I was to pay for shipping both ways. I though about it and decided that the guy *seemed* trustworthy, and so I sent it to him.

After countless emails, many of which recently got no reply, I still don't have the harness and my car sits in the garage without a brain. I just wanted to post this as a reminder to everyone that you should get some feedback from others to see if a person can be trusted before dealing with them. In my desperation to get my car running, I blindly jumped into a bad situation and every bit of it is my fault.

And just FYI Mike, this guy just made a post in the CA section 2 days ago, so he's still alive and well apparently. Are you sure you've got the correct email addy?

Yeah, I found his post!!! I havn't seen him post anything for a while, but at least he is still around. Maybe there is hope.

I think this is resolved. I've been in contact with the individual and mikeh16 says that he's been contacted by him also. As long as he gets the harness back and it works properly, I say no harm, no foul. I'd still like to know why it took so long to get back to him though...
